Obowiązuje od 28 września 2026.

W skrócie. Nie ma kont ani e-maili. Przechowujemy tylko to, co wpiszecie do trackera: imiona, wagi, daty, miasto i nazwę. Nie ma reklam, śledzenia ani sprzedaży danych. Tracker możecie usunąć w każdej chwili, pisząc do nas.

1. Administrator

2. Jakie dane i po co

Dane w trackerze. To, co wpisujecie: imiona (albo pseudonimy), wagi i daty ważeń, cel, data i miejsce wyjazdu lub ślubu, nazwa trackera, wybrany motyw i język. Przetwarzamy je po to, żeby tracker działał: liczył odliczanie, postęp i wykresy oraz pokazywał je osobom z linkiem.

Waga to informacja o zdrowiu, czyli dana szczególnej kategorii. Podstawą jej przetwarzania jest wyraźna zgoda osoby, której dotyczy (art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO). Wpisując swoją wagę, wyrażasz tę zgodę. Jeśli dodajesz inne osoby, musisz mieć ich zgodę. Zgodę można cofnąć, usuwając wagi w trackerze albo prosząc nas o usunięcie całego trackera.

Płatność. Przechowujemy skrót (hash) identyfikatora płatności Stripe i skrót kodu RB-…, powiązane z trackerem, żeby ta sama płatność i ten sam kod zawsze otwierały ten sam tracker. Z samego skrótu nie da się nic odtworzyć. Adresu e-mail z zakupu używamy raz, żeby wysłać ci kod i linki (patrz Resend w punkcie 4), i nie zapisujemy go w naszej bazie. Imię i dane karty ma tylko Stripe; widzimy je w panelu Stripe, gdy trzeba obsłużyć zwrot albo fakturę. Podstawa: wykonanie umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) i obowiązki podatkowe (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO).

Dane techniczne. Serwery, z których korzystamy (patrz punkt 4), zapisują standardowe logi: adres IP, czas żądania, typ przeglądarki. Służą do bezpieczeństwa i ochrony przed nadużyciami. Podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Sami nie prowadzimy analityki ani statystyk odwiedzin.

3. Kto widzi dane z trackera

Każdy, kto ma link do trackera. Link „dla ekipy” pozwala też wpisywać i zmieniać dane, link „do podglądu” tylko oglądać. Linki są losowe i nie da się ich zgadnąć, ale nie są tajne w sensie hasła: jeśli je komuś przekażesz, ta osoba widzi tracker. Nie ma publicznej listy trackerów.

4. Komu przekazujemy dane

Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase): hosting bazy danych i funkcji serwera. Dane trackerów są przechowywane w regionie europe-west1 (Belgia), w Unii Europejskiej.
Cloudflare, Inc.: serwowanie strony i ochrona przed atakami. Cloudflare widzi adres IP i żądania HTTP.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Irlandia): płatność. Stripe zbiera e-mail i dane karty na swojej stronie płatności, jako niezależny administrator. Do nas trafia potwierdzenie, że zapłacono, i adres e-mail z zakupu. Polityka Stripe: stripe.com/privacy.
Resend, Inc. (USA): wysyłka jednego maila po zakupie, z kodem i linkami do trackera, na adres podany w Stripe. Resend przetwarza ten adres w naszym imieniu. Polityka: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Open-Meteo (pogoda) i Wikimedia Foundation (zdjęcia miejsc): przeglądarka wysyła im nazwę miasta z trackera, żeby pokazać temperaturę i pocztówki. Nie dostają imion ani wag.
Google Fonts: przeglądarka pobiera kroje pisma z serwerów Google, które widzą adres IP.

Przekazywanie danych do USA (Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, Inc.) odbywa się na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej o EU-US Data Privacy Framework albo standardowych klauzul umownych.

5. Jak długo

Dane trackera przechowujemy, dopóki tracker istnieje: co najmniej 12 miesięcy od zakupu, a potem tak długo, jak działa serwis albo do momentu, gdy poprosisz o usunięcie. Trackery, do których nikt nie zajrzał przez 24 miesiące, możemy usunąć. Logi serwerów są przechowywane maksymalnie 30 dni. Dane o płatnościach w Stripe przechowujemy tak długo, jak wymagają tego przepisy podatkowe (5 lat).

6. Cookies i pamięć przeglądarki

Nie używamy cookies do śledzenia ani reklam. Strona zapisuje w pamięci twojej przeglądarki (localStorage/sessionStorage) tylko rzeczy techniczne: szkic trackera w kreatorze przed zapłatą, wybrany język, cache pogody i zdjęć oraz informację, że intro już się wyświetliło. Nic z tego nie trafia do nas.

7. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo do dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia oraz sprzeciwu, a także do cofnięcia zgody. Wagi i imiona możesz zmienić lub usunąć samodzielnie w trackerze. Żeby usunąć cały tracker, napisz na hey@readyby.fit i podaj link „dla ekipy” (to jedyny sposób, w jaki możemy potwierdzić, że tracker jest twój).

Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

8. Dzieci

Serwis nie jest przeznaczony dla osób poniżej 16 lat.

9. Zmiany

Jeśli zmienimy tę politykę, nowa wersja pojawi się tutaj z nową datą.

Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026.

In short. No accounts, no e-mails. We store only what you type into the tracker: names, weights, dates, city and title. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. You can have your tracker deleted at any time by writing to us.

1. Controller

The data controller is Roksana Kacprzak, ul. Opacka 31/8, 80-330 Gdańsk, Poland. Data contact: hey@readyby.fit.

2. What data and why

Tracker data. What you enter: names (or nicknames), weights and weigh-in dates, goal, the date and place of the trip or wedding, tracker title, theme and language. We process it so the tracker works: countdown, progress, charts, and showing them to people with the link.

Weight is health information, a special category of data. We process it on the basis of the explicit consent of the person it concerns (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). By entering your weight you give that consent. If you add other people, you must have their consent. Consent can be withdrawn by deleting weights in the tracker or asking us to delete the whole tracker.

Payment. We store a hash of the Stripe payment identifier and a hash of your RB-… code, linked to the tracker, so the same payment and the same code always open the same tracker. Nothing can be recovered from a hash. We use the checkout e-mail once, to send you the code and links (see Resend in section 4), and do not store it in our database. Only Stripe holds your name and card details; we see them in the Stripe dashboard when handling a refund or invoice. Basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Technical data. The servers we use (see section 4) keep standard logs: IP address, request time, browser type, for security and abuse prevention. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We run no analytics of our own.

3. Who can see tracker data

Anyone with the link. The “team” link also allows entering and changing data; the “view” link is read-only. Links are random and cannot be guessed, but they are not secret like a password: whoever you give them to can see the tracker. There is no public list of trackers.

4. Who we share data with

Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase): database and server functions hosting. Tracker data is stored in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), in the EU.
Cloudflare, Inc.: serving the site and protecting against attacks. Cloudflare sees IP addresses and HTTP requests.
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payment. Stripe collects your e-mail and card details on its payment page as an independent controller. We receive confirmation that the payment went through and the e-mail used at checkout. Stripe’s policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Resend, Inc. (USA): sending one e-mail after purchase, with your code and tracker links, to the address given at checkout. Resend processes that address on our behalf. Policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Open-Meteo (weather) and Wikimedia Foundation (place photos): your browser sends them the city name from the tracker to show the temperature and postcards. They do not get names or weights.
Google Fonts: your browser loads typefaces from Google servers, which see your IP address.

Transfers to the USA (Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, Inc.) rely on the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long

Tracker data is kept as long as the tracker exists: at least 12 months from purchase, then for as long as the service runs or until you ask for deletion. Trackers nobody has opened for 24 months may be deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Payment records in Stripe are kept as long as tax law requires (5 years).

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use no cookies for tracking or ads. The site stores only technical things in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage): the tracker draft in the creator before payment, the chosen language, a cache of weather and photos, and a flag that the intro has played. None of it is sent to us.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent. You can change or delete weights and names yourself in the tracker. To delete a whole tracker, write to hey@readyby.fit and include the “team” link (the only way we can confirm the tracker is yours).

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

8. Children

The service is not intended for people under 16.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new date.
